Cancellation Policy To respect all our clients' time and schedules, Therapaw requires a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. This policy allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients waiting for enhanced well-being sessions for their dogs. Failing this, a cancellation fee may apply.
